Not all physical therapy is the same. In the conventional healthcare system, physical therapists are juggling 2, 3 or 4 patients every hour. According to recent stats, only 6-25% of those patients actually complete a full course of care. This means up to 94% drop out of PT. It's a staggering statistic that should make you think twice about where you go for physical therapy. (Source: The State of Rehab Therapy by WebPT)
Activcore is different. Our physical therapists focus 100% on you for the fastest recovery possible! LEARN MORE
If you've ever had a sports injury, concussion, pregnancy, surgery, cancer or any health condition, you should see a physical therapist. Our team of movement experts will test your whole body to identify any hidden muscle imbalances that hold you back from feeling, moving or performing at your very best. Besides restoring a better quality of life as it relates to movement, we can also help prevent the recurrence of injury through ongoing fitness training.
Everyone has a pelvis so just about every BODY could benefit from better pelvic health. Many physical events (injury, illness, surgery, pregnancy, etc.) tend to pull your body out of balance and into a cycle of pain and dysfunction. Your pelvis often plays a vital role in this, as the center connection point between your upper and lower body. It is core to the way you move, breathe and regulate normal bodily processes.
• Relieve pelvic pain
• Develop core strength
• Regain bladder control
• Improve sexual function
You don't need a prescription unless you have Medicare.
In all 50 States, physical therapists can practice without a physician’s referral. This is called direct access. However, based on your medical history, we may still recommend that you see a physician prior to starting a course of care.

Absolutely not. We don't subscribe to the "no pain, no gain" philosophy at Activcore. We use the Redcord suspension system to help you safely engage in exercises without interference of pain. Similar to floating in a pool, the slings and bungee cords create an ideal training environment to regain muscle control and healthy movement patterns.

Activcore is an out-of-network provider of physical therapy. Our prices range from $160 to $250 per hour session depending on your specific provider and the type of service rendered. Most people only need a handful of sessions to feel better and get on a path to healing. We also have fitness options available at lower pricing.
Our policy is to collect payment in full at the time of service. After each session, we will submit an insurance claim so that you can get reimbursed directly from your insurance company. Our billing specialists are available to verify and explain your insurance coverage. LEARN MORE
In a word, freedom. With the ever-changing insurance landscape, physical therapists are being forced to juggle multiple patients at the same time, typically pushing you off to an assistant or aide to do cookie cutter exercises that could have been done at home. At Activcore we refuse to play this volume game. Working outside of the insurance networks allows us to treat one person at a time, prioritizing your health over everything else for the fastest results possible.
Yes, you can go to any PT you want. Out-of-network simply means there's no financial contract between Activcore and the insurance company. However, this doesn't mean the service isn’t covered by your insurance company. Our billing specialists can verify if you qualify for reimbursement.
Our policy is to collect payment in full at the time of service. After each session, we will submit an insurance claim so that you can get reimbursed directly from your insurance company. You should expect to start receiving reimbursement checks within 4-6 weeks. If you have a yearly deductible, that amount must be met before any reimbursement is issued.
Activcore does not make any guarantees of insurance coverage or reimbursement.
Yes, our physical therapy and fitness services are typically covered by Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
Probably not. While our cost per session is higher, it can actually be less costly for you overall. Here’s how...
With traditional "factory-style" PT, it is common to only get about 15 minutes of undivided attention from your physical therapist at each session. Then you are passed off to an assistant or aide to do a cookie cutter exercise routine that you could have done at home. Meanwhile at Activcore you get 60 minutes of undivided attention from a physical therapist who stays by your side throughout every session. This highly personalized experience can make a huge difference in terms of your progress.
Therefore you would have to attend 4 traditional sessions to equal 1 Activcore session. This means 4 times the co-pays. This means more time spent in PT and away from your work, school, or family. This also means more time spent in pain. Can you put a price tag on additional weeks of pain? The point is, when comparing the cost of traditional PT versus Activcore, there’s more to consider than just dollars and cents.
