ACTIVCORE WINTER WELLNESS EVENT

Kick off your winter wellness season by joining us on Friday, January 17th at 5pm at Activcore Princeton (downstairs) for some exercises, education and fun! Refreshments and snacks will be served. All participants will be entered into a raffle to win a special prize pack from local Princeton businesses. We will draw the winners at the end of this event!

IGNITE YOUR CORE: PELVIC FITNESS (online class)

Every Tuesday at 10am EST join Becky Keller via Zoom for a 60-minute pelvic fitness class. From the comfort of your own home, you will strengthen your deep core muscles, including the pelvic floor, as you are guided through specialized exercises that improve bladder control, pelvic support, strength, posture and balance. This is an ongoing class so join in at any fitness level!

HYPOS FOR HEALTH: Intro to Hypopressives (6-week class series)

Join Becky Keller every Wednesday at 8:30am for a 6-week introductory class series to learn the foundations of this postural and breathwork practice. Perfect for those starting out, or those that want to deepen their understanding of the foundations. Improve posture, breath control, core muscle tone and pelvic health over the 6 weeks. Classes will be recorded for playback option if you need to miss a class.

ASHLEY'S HYPOPRESSIVES & YOGA (drop-in class)

Every Wednesday at 11am EST join Dr. Ashley Newton at Activcore Princeton for a pelvic fitness class that combines yoga and hypopressives for better flexibility, posture, core strength, pelvic health and quality of life. Space is limited so reserve your spot now!
