IGNITE YOUR CORE: PELVIC FITNESS (online class)

Join Becky Keller via Zoom every Tuesday at 10am EST for a 60-minute pelvic fitness class. From the comfort of your own home, you will strengthen your deep core muscles, including the pelvic floor, as you are guided through specialized exercises that improve bladder control, pelvic support, strength, posture and balance. This is an ongoing class so join in at any fitness level!

HYPOS FOR HEALTH: Intro to Hypopressives (6-week class series)

Join Becky Keller every Wednesday at 9am EST from May 7th to June 11th at Activcore Lawrenceville for this 6-week progressive class series. Learn all about hypopressives and the Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) approach for better posture, improved core muscle control, and optimal pelvic health. Perfect for those just starting out, or those who want to deepen their understanding of the foundations of pelvic fitness and overall wellness. Classes will be recorded for playback option if you need to miss a class.
