Becky Keller is a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic health, women's health, and general orthopedics. She works at Activcore in Princeton, New Jersey, located just 2 miles from Princeton University.
Becky received her Master of Science degree in physical therapy from Springfield College in Massachusetts in 2000 and started her physical therapy career focusing on orthopedics, sports medicine and manual therapy. After several years gaining experience in outpatient physical therapy and managing clinics, she wanted to focus on a specialization in pelvic health. In 2009, she started on her path to begin training and devoting her career to pelvic health physical therapy. She opened the first hospital-based, pelvic physical therapy program in the Princeton area, and has strongly advocated, educated and built awareness of pelvic health services throughout the surrounding community and tri-state area. She mentors pelvic health clinicians and enjoys educating providers as well as the community on pelvic health topics.
In seeking new cutting edge and pioneering treatments, and after her own personal experiences with pelvic health dysfunction, Becky was introduced in 2016 to a movement system known as Low Pressure Fitness Hypopressives. It made such a significant impact on her physically, she quickly became passionate about using this technique with her patients and clients. Today, Becky teaches Low Pressure Fitness Hypopressives internationally to movement specialists, trainers and clinicians from across the country and all over the world. Becky not only utilizes hypopressives clinically to help patients with pelvic floor dysfunction such as pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and post-partum or surgical recovery, but also from a fitness and wellness perspective.
Becky holistically and empathetically works with all pelvic health clients across the lifespan, integrating manual techniques, and bridging pelvic health and movement. She is always grateful and appreciative to help her patients restore function, health, and regain control of such a sacred area of the body.
Motivated by the desire to continue to help clients and expand her knowledge, Becky joined Activcore in 2021 to further advance her clinical skills (utilizing the redcord neurac system) and expand her leadership and entrepreneurial potential working within a private practice therapy and performance company.
When Becky is not out spreading the word about pelvic health, she is at home with her loving husband, amazing son and adoring dog Max. She also loves outdoor activities, traveling, and binge watching TV shows.
I’ve had a fantastic experience with Becky Keller at Activcore. The workouts are challenging yet accessible, and the trainers are supportive, helping you push your limits safely. The facility is clean and well-equipped, and the class variety keeps things interesting. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my core strength and overall fitness since joining. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to take their overall health to the next level!!!
Thank goodness for Becky Keller! She provided the missing piece of the puzzle, after I'd been dealing with lower back pain for 6 years on and off. I went to several different PTs, none of whom addressed what was happening in my pelvic area. Becky’s hypopressive exercises really helped realign me and gave me a healthier work posture, which radically reduced my pain. Her hands-on exams demonstrated that she really understood where I needed structural adjustment, as she could actually FEEL where the problem lay. This is something most women need to have done but sadly, most MDs and PTs neglect this important area. I recommend her without reservation.
I had several PT sessions with Becky Keller. I think she is wonderful, knowledgeable, attentive, gentle and personable. I highly recommend her.
I want to thank Becky Keller for her expertise and skills in helping me achieve a better physical state. I particularly appreciate the way she varies our exercise sessions and yet manages to stretch and help us grow (in body and mind) each time. Her delivery of exercises is precise and clear, which is particularly helpful on Zoom. Without it, I wouldn't get my weekly dose of helpful exercises to keep me in shape. Thank you for all you do to help me!!
Grateful for Becky and Dr. Molly for helping me recover from my pelvic floor pain post IVF. Also grateful for Dr. Steven for helping me with a neurological condition. Everyone at Activcore is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I’ve been able to return to hiking, which I didn’t think I could do a year ago. I’m walking away with the skill set to manage symptoms on my own.
Becky Keller has been so wonderful to work with! She is kind and patient and has helped address all of my concerns. I would recommend her to anyone!
I just completed two appointments with Becky Keller, a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health. After reviewing my concerns and discussing my symptoms, Becky formulated a treatment plan for me to begin immediately. By my next appointment, I saw results already! I cannot recommend Becky highly enough. I feel very lucky to have found my way to her.
