Molly Weingart is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who specializes in pelvic health, women's health, lymphedema treatment, and general orthopedics. She works at Activcore in Princeton, New Jersey, located just 2 miles from Princeton University.
Molly is a graduate of Columbia University in New York City with a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and Visual Arts, and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coaching Certification program. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, ranked among the top 10 PT schools in the country.
Molly is a second career physical therapist. Throughout her life she was torn between a career in public service in order to fulfill a deep commitment to healing and serving others, and one in the arts in order to express her creative nature. This led to a career in community engagement in the arts and technology. However, as she got older, she came to realize that one of the things she loved the most about making art is that it can be fundamentally healing. Through teaching yoga and dance, learning about nutrition, and an inspiration to be more authentic to herself, she realized she wanted to have a career in health and wellness.
In 2014, Molly witnessed her mom being treated at Activcore following a hip replacement and attending many months of physical therapy. It seemed nothing short of magic that her mom went from barely being able to walk, to dancing in the sand with her dad. In seeing how physical therapy can dramatically change someone’s life, Molly had found her passion.
Today, with a passion for pelvic health, Molly believes in tailoring each patient’s treatment to fit that individual’s goals and lifestyle. She aims to normalize all health conditions and create a treatment environment that is open, accessible, and inclusive.
Molly enjoys practicing yoga, reading, being outside, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her dog.
Dr. Molly Weingart in the Pelvic PT clinic is magic. Working with Molly has quite literally changed the way I move through and see the world, and myself. I came to her with a host of cranky chronic issues. Over the course of 10+ sessions Molly partnered with me to explore and address the systems contributing to my suboptimal condition, helping me peel back layers of imbalanced muscle patterns that have developed over years of a very active lifestyle. Molly is the ultimate healer: calm and warm, while at the same time sharp and discerning and fiercely committed to the whole-person wellbeing of her patients. I am tremendously grateful to have had the opportunity to work with this brilliant practitioner.
I started visiting Dr. Molly Weingart at ACTIVCORE in my second trimester of pregnancy to begin pelvic floor PT as a first-time expecting mom and to learn how to prepare for birth and for recovering postpartum. Dr. Molly has been absolutely wonderful! She is so knowledgeable and has taught me many prenatal exercises and techniques for breathing and considering posture that should all help me to stay active throughout pregnancy and after. Dr. Molly is friendly and makes me feel comfortable as a patient. I look forward to continuing pelvic floor PT with Dr. Molly to help return to running postpartum.
Dr. Molly Weingart is amazing! I always feel so comfortable here and walk away learning more about my body and how I can help myself. I wish I had gone to Activcore so much sooner because a lot of my pain is gone after so long!
Dr. Molly has been fabulous and fun! Great combination!
I’ve gone to Activcore for, among other things, manual lymphatic drainage and lymphatic massage. Dr. Molly is AMAZING. She cares, she listens, and she knows what she’s doing. I noticed a difference in going just a couple of times. The whole practice is really amazing, and I can’t speak highly enough of everyone in the office!
There are really no words to express my gratitude for my experience at ACTIVCORE Pelvic Floor PT! The entire staff is exceptional from Gabby at the front desk, to Dr. Ashley, the Center Director, to Dr. Molly who I worked with one-on-one. Finding safe spaces to deal with health issues as a trans person is not always easy. But every step of the way the entire staff made me feel welcome, a priority, and made sure that I knew that my health and well-being mattered to them. Dr. Molly went above and beyond working with me both in sessions and with at-home exercises. She’s deeply committed to helping all her patients reach deeper healing and body awareness. I can’t thank Dr. Molly and Dr. Ashley enough. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
I’m a young adult stage 4 cancer survivor, 1.5 years into remission. I'm 26 and was recently diagnosed with vaginismus, which I think was at least partly caused by my cancer treatment. Dr. Molly Weingart has been incredible in treating me 1:1 and allowing my husband to help with the treatment as well. She’s incredibly mindful of keeping a clean and safe (emotionally and physically) space. She provides manual therapy (and adjusts, if needed, based on your comfort level), and she gives you exercises that challenge you (without pushing you past your limits). I was extremely nervous about pelvic floor therapy, but now, I couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful, educational, and safe experience. It’s all due to Dr. Molly and the team at Activcore. I’m forever grateful!
Grateful for Becky and Dr. Molly for helping me recover from my pelvic floor pain post IVF. Also grateful for Dr. Steven for helping me with a neurological condition. Everyone at Activcore is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I’ve been able to return to hiking, which I didn’t think I could do a year ago. I’m walking away with the skill set to manage symptoms on my own.
I just "graduated" from pelvic floor therapy with Dr. Molly Weingart. I wanted to let you know that she was absolutely fantastic. As you know, pelvic floor issues are quite personal and often an uncomfortable physical and mental subject matter. Molly was not only extremely competent, but also compassionate, encouraging, and extremely positive. She also has an outstanding personality. I expected to have to do PT for a very long time, but after only about 13 weeks, I noticed a remarkable improvement in my condition. I am now equipped with an effective "toolbox" to use at home. Dr. Molly truly has a passion for what she does and it is reflected in her enthusiasm and expertise.
My body is finally back to pre-pregnancy strength thanks to the Activcore dream team: Dr. Ashley Newton who properly diagnosed the pelvic floor issues and started me off on the strength training plan, and Dr. Molly Weingart who saw it through to the last day when I was able to safely run again. The level of empathy, sensitivity to your needs and mental state, and ability to listen and be honest with clients were key to the results. Dr. Molly especially had great judgment on when to push me to the next level that we never had to pull back from progress. As for progress, I went into Activcore limping on day 1 to jogging in their parking lot after a handful of sessions on my discharge day. No issues with the pleasant front desk and office team who made it zero stress and easy to set up or alter appointments + get payments processed in real time, because paperwork is the last thing you want to think about when you're in pain. I highly recommend consulting with Activcore especially if you're a soon-to-be or new mother experiencing any pelvic pain in your journey. This is a great local resource that will get you back on your feet to tackle all the fun stuff motherhood throws at you.
I have been working with Dr. Molly Weingart. She is very caring and a good listener. She looks for creative answers and has helped me a lot. She is passionate about her work.

Dr. Molly Weingart is wonderful! She is helping me deal with multiple related chronic pain issues using Activcore's whole body approach to alleviating pain and it is exactly what I need. Definitely recommend!
The physical therapy that I received to speed recovery from a total hip replacement was wonderfully effective and even enjoyable. Dr. Molly Weingart is highly trained and competent in the innovative techniques used at Activcore and I would highly recommend anyone seeking help with physical recovery to check them out. Molly was not only very good at the therapy part but she provides motivation and interesting conversation with a delightful personality. My experience at Activcore far exceeded my expectations and the results were great.
Dr. Molly Weingart is giving me my life back. By the time I found my way to Activcore and Molly, I had been suffering for many months with crippling pelvic pain due to pelvic floor dysfunction. I was both physically and mentally exhausted. At my first session with Molly, I felt for the first time that things were going to be okay. Not only is Molly extremely professional and knowledgeable about pelvic floor therapy, she is incredibly caring, compassionate, empathetic and real. I feel heard and supported in every session and while I’m still early in my journey, my pain is already way down! Dr. Molly has given me a safe space to heal and for that I am forever grateful.
I really want to thank you for giving me my life back. Giving me pain free days and nights. Giving me walks with my puppy. Giving me the ability to stand and not complain. Giving me the tools and the strength to know how to make my hip feel better when it doesn’t feel perfect. All of those things were things I was not sure that I could have when I finally made the call to schedule my appointment. Somehow along the way I also lost 30 pounds and 4.5 inches in my hips. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me.
One of the most devastating and physically painful ordeals that I’ve encountered was spraining my right ankle while training in badminton. The thought of not being able to walk pain-free and not being able to play the sport that I absolutely adored crushed my soul. After six long weeks of using a walker, an ankle boot, and waiting for the swelling to subside, my orthopedic doctor finally gave me the green light to start physical therapy. That was how I met the amazing and profoundly talented physical therapist, Molly Weingart. Over my life span of forty years and several physical therapy scripts, Molly is, by far, my favorite physical therapist. Our sixty minute sessions (three times a week, eight weeks total) did wonders for my physical and mental well-being. Molly was very patient, encouraging, extremely knowledgeable, had great intuition, was stern when needed, and was incredibly creative in selecting techniques that targeted my concerns while effectively rebuilding my ankle strength, agility, & range in motion. She catered exercises specifically for me, and it delighted me that she incorporated my badminton racquet into my workouts. She saved my ankle, taught me how to help prevent future injuries, and enabled me to return to activities that bring me peace and sanity. Anyone who has Molly as their physical therapist should consider themselves extremely fortunate!
I highly recommend Dr. Molly Weingart as a physical therapist for any facility. Her utmost professionalism and treatment to my issues were handled with genuine care and concern. She asked the right questions to determine which treatment goals were most important to me. I experienced this not only for myself but watched as she worked with other patients and truly cared about their well-being. Molly was a great listener as I experienced additional pain points throughout my body. She was able to initially diagnose my additional issues as pelvic-related and made the necessary follow-up consultation with my doctor to revise my physical therapy script to treat it accordingly. Molly will not only be an asset to any facility, but to any patient who is fortunate to have her as their physical therapist. When one is bilingual in any field, it is a great skill. Molly brings this skill to a field that is missing Spanish-speaking physical therapists that can communicate on behalf of the facility, but also helps the patients become more comfortable with their surroundings and staff.
Molly is not only a caring and compassionate therapist but she is also knowledgeable about how the body works and the steps needed to lead to healing. I appreciated her ability to adjust treatment plans based on me and my challenges. Molly was a source of constant encouragement on the road to reaching my goals and I’m thankful for what she has done for me.
